tim & Bobbi ~ Owners

We had a vision during the summer of 2018 to create a new dining spot in Mechanic Falls. We love our little hometown and wanted to give passersby another reason to stop in The Falls, not just drive through. We didn't want a traditional style restaurant or a nightclub type of bar atmosphere. Instead we wanted something a bit different than what the community already had to offer, more along the lines of a traditional pub. Another establishment in the town to offer a fun and cozy atmosphere to gather at for food, drinks and a good time to be had by all. With the vision we had, we put our heads together and began the planning process, a few months later, The Little Brick Pub was born. ♥️

Paige ~ Grill

Our daughter, Paige is a senior this year and is our current grill chef. She started her LBP journey at 15 as a dishwasher, quickly worked her way up to pizza cook, then took the role of grill chef. She has surpassed our expectations and makes us proud every single day. She takes great pride in her role at our family owned business. ♥️

Wyatt ~ dishes

Our favorite son, Wyatt is still fairly new to our team. His current role is dishwasher/salad maker. As he is able, he will learn additional duties & responsibilities with us. We are so proud of the ownership he is taking as he learns the ropes of the family business and we are super excited to watch him grow into additional roles. 💙

Our Lan started on dishes, worked her way up the ladder to grill. She works whenever she is home from college.

Gio has mastered many roles in the kitchen. When she is home from college, she jumps right back in like she never skipped a beat working wherever she's needed.

Izzy's calm approach to tasks & her excellent time management skills make it a breeze for her to get right back into the routine of LBP when she is home from college.

Hayley Bailey is a senior this year and will be heading to college in the fall. Until then, she is always available, works well under pressure & keeps a positive attitude.

Nate is a fairly new teammate and is very serious about his roles at the pub. He is always willing to jump in and do whatever task is asked of him with a smile.

More Than a First Job

For a majority of our team over the years, it has been their very first job without any prior experience. Some of them had never really even cooked at home before joining our team. We take them on, teach them the ins & outs of not only a fully functioning kitchen, but we also do our best to instill good work ethics, time management skills and the ability to really work as a team. We tell them they will have to work under pressure, that the kitchen is not for the faint at heart and "you've got to have thick skin to be back there". When the rush is over and it calms down we all have our smiles on our faces. These kids work hard to maintain their education, balance their family/work/fun time and many have been part of sports teams as well. They do a great job, they work well together and get the job done. We appreciate them and all that they do for LBP. We do our best as leaders to be good role models, giving all of them valuable knowledge to take with them as they grow and move into the next phase of their life's journey.

What can you expect from our offerings?

LBP offers pub fare, burgers, pasta dishes and excellent hand stretched pizza. We offer a specialty pizza each month that is only available during that specific month. We use fresh quality ingredients, make a majority of our items in house. We make our own desserts from scratch to end (or start) your meal with a delicious sweet treat.
